3 - 4 pm:  Study visits at Oratorium Michalici (Local NGO)
4.30 pm:   Exchange of experiences study visits - Refine the vision/discussion text
6.30 pm:   Break
8.00 pm:   Dinner at  restaurant “4 pory roku”

Friday, May 24

9.30 am:  Discussion on the Focusgroup guidelines and strategy - Impact exercise: what results do we want to have with IAS?
11.30 am: Evaluation of meeting ‘the social work approach as framework to empower families’ Looking forward to Finland: what do we take with us? + First proposal of the Finnish colleagues.
12.30 am: Lunch
2 pm: End of IAS in Torun
